So many of us FEAR THE UNKNOWN. So many of us are INSECURE when faced with things we cannot control.

I get it, CHANGE IS HARD. Especially when there big changes so here are

3 WAYS TO GET PAST FEAR

1. ACCEPT THAT YOU WILL NEVER HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS

Life is full of guesses, mistakes and revisions but a lot of the time we stop ourselves from making a decision because we want certainty. We want all the answers before we make a call but that’s just not possible. Have faith in yourself and your decisions, do the best that you can and continue to move forward.

2. TRUST YOURSELF

Underneath all that fear lies a limiting belief. Maybe that belief is that your not good enough. Maybe it’s that your not deserving. Maybe you don’t believe that you can handle the outcome of your decision, give yourself some credit! You’ve done it before and you’ll do it again- no matter what happens you will be able to handle it and you will find a way to make things work.

3. MAKE AN EFFORT

A lot of us like to stay within our comfort zone but when we shift our mind from victim mode to one of determination and courage, we start to focus on what we CAN do even though it’s still unknown and scary. What is one small thing you can do to fight that fear?
